Z-Rating Bracketology projects what the 12-team NCAA National Collegiate Men's Volleyball Championship bracket would look like if the season ended today. The field consists of 7 automatic qualifiers (projected conference tournament winners) and 5 at-large bids. Only the top 4 teams receive seeds and are placed in separate regions with a bye to the regional final. The remaining 8 teams are unseeded and placed into regions based on geography to minimize travel. Regional winners advance to the Final Four.
AQ conferences: Big West, Conf. Carolinas, EIVA, MIVA, MPSF, NEC, SIAC. Projected AQs are the highest-rated team in each conference. Host sites are projected based on seeded teams — actual sites are non-predetermined and depend on submitted bids. Updated: —
